Team Bonding

Workshop

Helping your individual team members work together effectively

Team-building activities are fantastic!

They can be a powerful way to unite a group, develop strengths, and address weaknesses – but only if these exercises are planned and carried out strategically.

Most managers use team building activities as a way of giving people a nice day out of the office. While this is not bad in itself, it is not the main reason for these activities.

The main question is this – What happens after the purported team-building activity, when team members go back to their various job functions? Do they go back to their usual behavior – perhaps arguing over small assignments, or refusing to cooperate with each other?

The 'Day of Fun' concept may be a nice break from business, but the most important benefit is achieved when the team members, back at the workplace, actually put to practice all the lessons they had learned during the team building exercise.

ALKIC Consulting will give you an off-site, professionally facilitated team building experience designed to improve interpersonal relationships.

Without a doubt, our team-building activities are usually fun-filled, but the main objective is to help individual team members work together effectively.

These activities will definitely impact your team performance positively.

Prior to the Team-Building Activities day, the ALKIC team will work with the organization (or the team leaders) to identify the issues their group is facing. This step is very important because it will give us an insight into the type of activities to plan for the Day, so as to directly address the challenges being faced by each team.

This initiative will be delivered off-site

The location will be determined in collaboration with the organization (or the team leader).
