Olanrewaju Oderinde

Chief Executive Officer

 

Olanrewaju is a seasoned engineer with 23 years professional experience in managing projects, programs, and portfolios in the construction industry.

However, the past 10 years of his career has been dedicated to following is passion, Performance-Improvement-Projects that positively affect Organizational Bottom-line.

​

Some of the organizations he has worked with in the last couple of years in the areas of human performance improvement and lasting organizational change are: Airline Services Limited (NewrestASL), Anetor Associates, PWC Nigeria, ZTE Nigeria, NestleCWAR, Mactay Consulting, and SureBet247.

​

He also speaks at conferences and seminars on how project practitioners can use their skills to drive organizations towards excellence.

Within the last couple of years, he spoke at the CIPM Entrepreneurship Symposium as well as the PMI Africa Conferences in Johannesburg and Accra.

​

Olanrewaju has been the principal of ALKIC Consulting for the past 12 years and has in this time provided consulting services for multiple clients in the areas of talent development, organizational communication, team building, and project management methodology implementation.

Adewale Olabulo

Director & Senior Consultant

 

Adewale has been a director of ALKIC Nigeria Limited since 2008.

With 29 years of experience, Adewale offers a wide range of real-world experience managing projects, programs, and portfolios in Oil and Gas industry.

 

He started his career with Cakasa, an indigenous oil and gas service company in 1991. He also worked with Oando as Head of Engineering where he delivered over 100 km gas distribution pipeline network in Lagos.

 

He is COREN registered, an ISO certified Auditor, a Registered Gas Distribution Professional, Member Nigeria Institute of Management, Member Nigeria Society of Engineer and Member American Society of Mechanical Engineer (ASME).

 

He has a Bachelor of Engineering degree from the University of Ilorin, Nigeria and Master in Business Administration (International Business) from Lagos State University. Nigeria. He attended trainings in and outside Nigeria including trainings with Lagos Business School, British Safety Council, Gas Technology Institute, Chicago, USA and American Society of Mechanical Engineers.

Carmen Oderinde

Director of Business Strategy​

 

Carmen joined ALKIC in 2012 as Director of Business Development, bringing with her an extensive background in sales, marketing, operations and general management.

 

As a dynamic business developer, Carmen's ability to assume the many different hats required within the  organisation has enabled her support clients to achieve successful outcomes.

 

Carmen also leads all marketing initiatives for ALKIC Consulting. She is responsible for the development and oversight of integrated marketing plans that support achievement of revenue goals across all lines of the business.

Carmen's charm and willingness to talk to anyone and everyone has been key to building our large local client base.

 

Prior to ALKIC Consulting, she has had over 15 years of prolific core banking experience, driven by the passion for results and innovation. During this period, she held positions at Zenith Bank Nigeria, and Oceanic Bank (now Ecobank) Nigeria.

David Aigbe

Training Consultant - Project Management

 

As a Training Consultant for ALKIC, David's responsibilities include classroom training, course development, and consulting on training issues as well as project management. He also contributes in curriculum development and instructor mentoring.

Prior to joining ALKIC Consulting, David has had over 12 years of Banking experience. During this period, he held positions at Oceanic Bank (now Ecobank) Nigeria and UBA Nigeria.

David is a member of Project Management Institute (PMI) USA, and he holds an active certificate in Project Management Professional (PMP).

Adekunle Sobajo

Sales Consultant - Project Management​

 

Adekunle is responsible for project management consulting services delivery and sales.

 

He has over 20 years’ experience in the engineering and financial sectors.

Prior to joining the ALKIC team, he was the Project Manager at Kadsob Nig. Ltd, a construction and logistics firm. He was also Senior Manager/ Head, Business Development at Milvera Capital Ltd; and also worked with Ecobank Nig. Ltd. (Formerly Oceanic Bank Plc) where he rose to the position of Head of Operations and Head of Marketing in one of its branches.

 

A graduate of engineering, also holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Management, and Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from the Lagos State University.

 

He is an Oracle certified Associate (OCA) and also a certified project management professional (PMP).
